The cost for a 60 minute session is $150. I currently accept BCBS, CIGNA, and Aetna insurances. If you have a BCBS, CIGNA, or Aetna insurance plan, contact them to find out what cost your plan covers for in-network outpatient individual counseling as you may have a plan with a deductible or copay. You are responsible for covering your deductible or copay.

If you do not have BCBS, CIGNA, or Aetna but are insured elsewhere, some insurance policies will cover out-of-network counseling while others do not. Please contact your insurance provider to find out if you will receive full or partial reimbursement for an out-of-network counselor. If your policy does give reimbursement for out-of-network providers, let me know. Once you have paid for a session I can provide you with a superbill (receipt) that you can send to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
